With the support of the McKnight Foundation, the community based video project worked with those who call Minneapolis home, including Somali immigrant, queer persons with disabilities, and law enforcement, to utilizes collaborative created video as a tool to explore lasting trauma and connection in the Twin Cities. The result was a collaboratively created feature film After America and a series of documentary short films.
